PHOTO SHOOT DEPOSIT

Deposit for Photo shoot by The Jokerr. Full amount of $300 must be paid before shoot takes place. This is $100 towards that amount, leaving a remaining balance of $200 to be paid. (A 3% papal fee is included in this price) Nonrefundable, nontransferable. Photo shoot will take place between 5pm and 8 pm on Saturday, June 24th in a location to be chosen by client and The Jokerr in an outdoor setting. The Jokerr agrees to give copies of all photos taken the day of the shoot to client for client to use however he may see fit in perpetuity. The Jokerr retains ownership of photos and may use them at a later date for promotional or demonstration purposes with permission by client. The Jokerr will supply all equipment necessary for shoot. By paying you agree to these terms.
